Sea Turtles and Their Babies

One of our most popular programs, Sea Turtles and Their Babies, returns to Anne Kolb Nature Center in July. Program participants learn about a variety of topics related to sea turtles via a video presentation and an educational lecture. Pending hatchling availability, participants will also see baby sea turtles hatch and make their way to the ocean. This year’s program runs on Wednesdays and Fridays, from July 5 through September 1. Preregister online early to reserve your spot before the program sells out. Space is limited and no walk-ins are accepted. The fee is $10 per person, prepaid, and parking at the release site is metered. The program is subject to rescheduling or cancellation if weather conditions are not favorable. For more information, call the nature center at 954-357-5161. Anne Kolb is accessible via Broward County Transit Routes #4 and #12.
