Event Recap: Soul Train Around the World at Roosevelt Gardens Park - December 11, 2014

Participants in the Active Older Adults Program celebrated in style at the Soul Train Around the World end of the year celebration.
Participants took a "soul train" to different stations representing countries around the world, including: Puerto Rico to learn salsa
dancing, Australia to learn about boomerangs, China to create lanterns and eat fortune cookies, Egypt to make head rests, and Italy to play games. The program ended with a brinch and awards ceremony. To participate in the Active Older Adults Program, contact
one of the neighborhood parks listed above.
