As Broward County celebrates its Centennial, we’re looking towards Broward’s future, ensuring it will thrive for the next 100 years! With 1.8 million residents and 11 million visitors annually, we’ve got a lot to plan for! Working with you and our 31 municipalities, our goal is to review Broward County’s Land Use and Comprehensive Plans to make sure they reflect our current and anticipated growth and priorities. Annual Report: Comprehensive, Neighborhood and Sustainability Planning Section
This report summarizes the work of the section from January – December 2014. It also introduces the professional team responsible for the multiple planning programs and initiatives reported. The section prepares the Broward County Comprehensive Plan which sets a community vision of what Broward County strives to be in the future.
