The Broward County Air Quality Program has compiled smoking vehicle statistics for fiscal years 2002 - 2010.  During this time period, over 2,800 smoking vehicle complaints (vehicles with visible tailpipe emissions which include cars, trucks, and buses), have been reported, and over 790 of those vehicles have been repaired or removed from the road.

The smoking vehicle program exists to improve the health and well-being of Broward County citizens and the environment by helping to keep the air free of pollution.  Below you will find the statistics and trends of the smoking vehicle program.
