This section is served by a group of public information and digital design professionals who provide creative and marketing support to all County agencies for news releases; graphic and web design services; media services and video production; printed publications such as newsletters, brochures, posters, annual reports and flyers. The Call Center is a multi-lingual, one-stop shop for information on Broward County government services. Customer service representatives assist callers with information on any County service to ensure easy access to County government. The Call Center is open daily from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and during emergency conditions is open 24/7. Contact the Call Center at 954-831-4000, or visit the Web Site for further information.
