 Administration Section


The Administration Section is responsible for the following in support of the Highway Construction and Engineering Division, Director and Assistant Director:

  • Processes all consultant and contract-related documents.
  • Administers the budget using the Advantage system.
  • Responsible for archiving and tangible property and computer/ computer-related inventories.
  • Monitors various training, safety/security, risk management and workman's compensation activities.
  • Prepares and processes Agenda Items using Agenda Quick software and Commissioner Responses via CR processing software.
  • Enters and monitors Public Records Requests.
  • Processes technical documents related to developer activities and processing of fee and bonds using Cashier for Windows and Revenue Collector.
  • Approves and maintains all computer access documents.
  • Provides support to the Roadway/Traffic Capital Projects programs and to the Parks development and renovation projects
  • Responsible for personnel, purchasing, accounting and payroll activities.
