Administrative Code Changes to Increase Application Fees

A proposed resolution amending certain Development Permit Application fees is scheduled for County Commission adoption at their January 13, 2015 Public Hearing.  This resolution modifies Sections 40.1, 40.23 and 40.27 of the Broward County Administrative Code and primarily impacts fees associated with delegation requests, new plats and findings of adequacy, TRIPS analyses and impact fee administration (status letters and security/agreement releases).  If approved, these fees will increase by about 7.5% to capture inflation since the most recent revisions in 2008.  More...
