County Employee Discrimination Complaints

Broward County Professional Standards is responsible for ensuring that all Broward County Government agencies and employees comply with Broward County policies, procedures and ordinances. This agency investigates Broward County Government employee complaints of alleged discrimination on the basis of:

  • Race
  • Color
  • Religion
  • Sex
  • National origin
  • Age
  • Disability
  • Retaliation
  • Sexual orientation
  • Gender identity or expression
  • Marital status
  • Political affiliation
