Transportation complaints are investigated by Broward County Transit (bus-related complaints) or Traffic Engineering Division (Traffic Signalization issues).
Broward County Transit’s (BCT) Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Specialist coordinates with the Broward County ADA Administrator to investigate and resolve complaints alleging accessibility issues on County buses and transit facilities. The ADA specialist also coordinates the ADA public comment process for location and priority of bus stops, sidewalks and intersections that require improvements for proper accessibility, including wheelchairs.
For questions, or to report concerns, call the BCT ADA Specialist at 954-357-TADA (8232), or email email@example.com.
Bus Rider Discrimination
