Community cleanups are a great way to help your neighborhood stay beautiful. Volunteers are needed in a number of sites located in the Broward Municipal Services District, formerly unincorporated Broward County. Bags and gloves are provided for picking up litter and trash.   • Pet Foster Parents: Residents with extra time can volunteer to foster very young kittens and puppies that have come into the shelter without their mother. Animal Care will provide training. More...
  • Greeters: If you enjoy working with the public and/or on a computer, Animal Care and Adoption needs you! Volunteer Greeters welcome customers and give them basic information regarding shelter programs and services.
