The Broadview Park Neighborhood Improvements Project (BPNIP) includes approximately 700 acres, 1461 single family homes, 775 multi-family and mobile home units and 6800 residents. Improvements will include new sewer, upgraded water mains, drainage facilities, roadway paving, sidewalks, landscaping and entrance features. Over 1500 septic tanks will be eliminated with the installation of the new sanitary sewer. The Basis of Design Report is complete and the project consists of 3 bid packages.

Bid Package 1	This project is complete.
Bid Package 2	Construction started on February 10, 2009 and is scheduled to be completed in the 1st quarter of 2011.
Bid Package 3	Construction is scheduled to begin in the 1st quarter of 2010 and be completed in the 1st quarter of 2012.  Click here to see Traffic Impact Report and Map.
