CANAL AND LAKE BANKS

Canal and lake banks are normally maintained by the property owner or the organization that owns the waterway. Normally canal and lake banks are mowed and exotic vegetation and trees removed from time to time. Trash is also removed as necessary. Sometimes the banks may erode and will need to be redone. Please refer back to WMD's Home Page to find out what organization has responsibility for bank maintenance in your area.
