Residential Waste Disposal Drop-off Options - Effective 10/1/14

 

As of October 1, 2014, Broward County Residential Drop-off Centers are open to residents of the following cities that have Participation Agreements for the disposal of household hazardous waste and used electronics: Cooper City, Dania Beach, Hollywood, Lauderdale Lakes, Lighthouse Point (new), Margate, Parkland, Pembroke Park, Sea Ranch Lakes, Unincorporated Broward, West Park, Weston and Wilton Manors. If you reside in any of these cities, you may drop off items at Broward County's drop-off stations on Saturdays from 8 AM to 4 PM. For details, visit Household Hazardous Waste.

Deerfield Beach and Lauderdale-by-the-Sea Participation Agreements expire on 9/30/14. Residents should contact their city's Public Works Department for disposal options after this date.
If your city is not listed above and you have questions regarding the disposal of household hazardous waste and used electronics, contact your city's Public Works Department.

Broward County Drop-Off Locations For Residents of Participating Cities 
Pompano Beach — 2780 N. Powerline Road (north of Copans Road)
West Park — 5601 W. Hallandale Beach Blvd. (east of U.S. 441)
Davie — 5490 Reese Road (off Davie Road)
Saturdays only, 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.

Proof of residency in a participating city is required (photo ID and a document that shows your official address such as a tax bill, TRIM notice, voter registration, utility bill, or other official government-issued document).

Sunrise use 102 Ave. at cul-de-sac entrance. 
(Drop-off facility is in the back, in the last building on the right.)
Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m.
