BERTHA HENRY
Bertha Henry came to Broward County in July of 2000 after serving as the Assistant City Manager of Finance and Administration with the City of Miami. Prior to working for the City of Miami, Ms. Henry worked for Broward County as Assistant to the County Administrator from 1996 to 1998. She has held numerous positions on both the county and city level in Florida and Ohio, including the position of Assistant County Administrator for Montgomery County, Ohio.
Education: Bachelor of Science, Government from Florida State University 1977; Master of Science, Public Administration from Florida State University 1978.

DICK BROSSARD
Dick Brossard has been with Broward County for more than 13 years, and served as Director of Public Works and Transportation prior to his appointment as Assistant County Administrator. He has worked at both the county and city levels in Michigan and Florida, including the City of Fort Lauderdale, where he was director of public works prior to joining Broward County in 1993.
Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University, and registered professional engineer in Florida.

PAM MADISON
With more than 25 years experience in state and local government, Pam currently serves as Assistant County Administrator. Previously, for more than 11 years, she was Broward County's Director of the Office of Public and Governmental Relations. During her tenure with Broward County, she has served as Assistant to the County Administrator for 5 years, as well as Acting Director of the Office of Equal Opportunity. Prior to joining Broward County Government, Pam served as a Senior Legislative Aide in the Florida Legislature.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration from Barry University.

BUD BENTLEY
Bud Bentley joined the Broward County Administrator's staff as an Assistant to the County Administrator. He serves as a liaison to the County Auditor and is responsible for the Community Services, Finance and Administration, and Urban Planning and Development departments. Prior to joining Broward County, he served as Assistant City Manager for the City of Fort Lauderdale and the City of West Palm Beach. He has also served as a City Manager in New Mexico and as Assistant County Manager for two counties in Oregon.
Education: Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Arizona, and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Administration from the University of Oregon.

PETE CORWIN
Peter Corwin has been with Broward County for more than 23 years. He has ascended through the ranks in a variety of positions ranging from managing operational improvement programs, to Assistant Budget Director, to Assistant to the County Administrator.
Education: Master of Science, Public Administration from Maxwell School, Syracuse University in New York.
