CUSTOMER SERVICE - OVERVIEW

Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport emphasizes Customer Service. It is the first Airport in the State of Florida to hold "Airport Ambassador" training classes to help Airport employees enhance their ability to better serve the traveling public.
The primary goal is to ensure that each passenger receives SUNsational Service so their visit with us is a positive one.
Airport information is available anytime by calling 1-866-I-FLY-FLL (1-866-435-9355), our customer information line. For your convenience, there are four menu options which you should listen to before making a selection.
Recorded menu information includes the following selection items:
- Contact Airline, Flight Information, or Locate Airline
- Parking Options, Directions, Ground Transportation, or Car Rental
- Badging Office, Lost & Found, Customer Service Representative
- Report Noise Concerns
