Public Workshop on Intermodal Center and People Mover Systems
The public is invited to attend a Workshop on the Project Development and Environmental Study of an Intermodal Center and People Mover System between Port Everglades and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport.
This is an opportunity to learn about the latest developments, talk with the consultants conducting the study, view exhibits, offer suggestions, and ask questions.

During this presentation, County staff and the Project Team members will present project background, analysis results, evaluation criteria, and solicit input for selection of a recommended alternative.
Airport Noise Abatement Meetings
The Broward County Aviation Department's (BCAD) Airport Noise Abatement Committee (ANAC) meets quarterly through out the year. These meetings are held at the BCAD Administrative Office's Auditorium located at 100 Aviation Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33315. Meetings begin at 6 p.m. and parking is complimentary. The dates for the upcoming meetings are:

Directions
To access the new BCAD offices from the north, stay on US1 southbound, proceed past the airport entrance, and make a right turn on Griffin Road. Turn right at the next intersection (Perimeter Road). Follow Perimeter Road to the intersection of Aviation Boulevard (approximately ½ mile). Turn left on Aviation Boulevard, then an immediate right, and another left into the parking lot.
To access the facility from I-95, exit at Griffin Road east and turn left at the last traffic light before the railroad tracks. Then proceed as outlined above.
