Andrés is a seasoned designer and builder working actively between the practices of architecture and construction. His work is founded upon the notion that building is the consummate architectural act.

Andrés specializes in precision detailing and rigorous attention to craft both in studio and on site. He has extensive experience as a designer, general contractor and design-builder with boutique to mid-size projects valued up to $23 million. Andrés has worked closely with many private and institutional clients, most notably: film director Darren Aronofsky, New York Times critic Paul Goldberger, and Condé Nast photographer Brigitte Lacombe.

Andrés is a licensed Architect (NY + FL) and a licensed General Contractor (FL). He is the managing member of Peninsula Urban Design LLC, a construction and real estate development company anchored in South Florida. He holds an MArch degree from Columbia University and a BSc from the University of Michigan.
