Janet Erlick is a graduate of Swarthmore College with a double major in Theatre and Psychology.  She oversees both the administrative and artistic components of the theatre.  Janet developed A Bridge From Me to You and the Arts Infusion Program for classroom teachers.  She created partnerships with many cultural and social service organizations throughout South Florida including the School Board of Broward County and Broward Cultural Affairs Council. 

Janet works with special needs and at-risk populations leading workshops at mental health facilities, residence centers for juvenile offenders with drug and alcohol dependencies, and independent living programs for college students with learning disabilities.  She is past-President of the Florida Theatre Conference; serves on the boards of the Florida Association of Theatre Education, and Justice for Children and Families; serves on Broward County's Arts-in-Education Committee and Cultural Executive's Committee; and chairs the Multicultural Infusion Cultural Enrichment Language Advisory Council for the School Board of Broward County.
