Robert M. Dugan has representative project planning experience in varied U.S. locations, the Caribbean, and Latin America. His concentration at EDSA has been on land use planning, detailed site planning and construction for projects including hotels and resorts, high exposure civic works, community and golf planning, sports and park facilities and waterfront planning.

Mr. Dugan has led EDSA’s efforts on projects including Fort Lauderdale Riverwalk, Florida; the Office Depot Center, a 20,000 seat home of the Florida Panthers NHL team in Sunrise, Florida; the Sonesta Beach Resort in Curacao, Netherlands Antilles; the 17th Street Causeway Bridge project, a landmark structure in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, the Boca Beach Club in Boca Raton, Florida; the St. Regis Hotel on Fort Lauderdale Beach; strategic planning for St. Joe Land Company in northwest Florida; resort and community planning for Angostura Holdings in Tobago, West Indies; and Flagstone Island Gardens in Miami, Florida. He maintains an ongoing presence on behalf of EDSA with the City of Fort Lauderdale Downtown Development Authority for urban design and planning.
