Mission  To provide financial support beyond the means of public funding to enhance Broward Cultural Division's programs, services, advocacy and education to individual artists and cultural arts organizations.

Vision  To be a unified voice and catalyst for support of cultural arts, through development of resources, advocacy and education in Broward County.
