 Regional Organization Program (ROP)

Maximum Dance Company


Purpose/Use: To assist South Florida based not-for-profit arts and cultural organizations that have operated in Broward County in their cultural disciplines for a minimum of three (3) years, in meeting general operating expenses associated with the presentation and/or production of a regular season of exhibitions, programs, events or performances open to the general public in Broward County. Applicants must be qualified and designated as ROP organizations by the Broward County Board of County Commissioners as recommended by the Broward Cultural Council. 
 

Matching Funds: Not required.

Award Size: $10,000 - $75,000.  Governed by documented operating revenues received in Broward County during the organization’s most recently audited fiscal year, exclusive of capital funds, collections, and endowment funds. An organization must have documented yearly Broward County revenues of at least $40,000 to be eligible for funding.

ROP Designation Deadline:  June 1

Application Deadline:  November 15
