How Your
Web Presence Can Increase the
Bottom Line

The 3rd of 3 Cooperative Marketing Program 2009 Workshops was held on March 25, 2009 at ArtServe in Fort Lauderdale.

Slideshow:  Enhancing Nonprofits Presence on the Web

transcript

Presenters:   Maria Harrison
President of SFIMA Florida, and Adjunct Professor for the University of South Florida

Your marketing activity should always include a mix of traditional and non-traditional tools. If you don’t already have a website, now is certainly the time to launch one. But websites don’t have to be expensive; instead, web-sites should be cost effective, convey your agency’s mission and increase your bottom line. But how?

In this workshop:

  • How to drive traffic to your website
  • how to measure your website’s traffic
  • how to reap financial rewards by offering advertising on your website
  • how to sell your tickets online
  • why reciprocal links are invaluable
  • how to enlist the services of interns to create social networking sites (MySpace and Facebook) that link to your website and more

ArtServe 1350 East Sunrise Blvd., Fort Lauderdale, 33309

The Cooperative Marketing Program was launched in April 1991 by the Broward County Cultural Division in cooperation with ArtServe.  This program was designed for not-for-profit cultural organizations to educate on the benefits and procedures of advertising programs and services, and assist in stretching advertising budgets.  Since its inception nearly 80 organizations have received benefits from this program on an annual basis.
