Susan Harlan created this quilted tapestry with seventy-two (72) individual and colorful vignettes depicting the flora and fauna of South Florida. It is installed on a wall above the escalators at Terminal 4 of the Airport.

Artist Statement:
"The imageries of Southern Florida appeal to me greatly. I love tropical flora and fauna. Being commissioned was a joy to me and I hope that my happiness is evident in the work itself."
