 In fiscal year 2005, Broward County Cultural Division had a number of groundbreaking events that signified on a large scale, that Broward County arts and culture is a national presence.

 The Grants Section of the Broward Cultural Division had a particularly busy year with numerous grants, workshops, and programs.
   
marketing The Marketing Section
The Marketing Section of the Broward Cultural Division provides advertising and public relations services for the division and supports the 550 not-for-profit, cultural organizations in Broward County. 
   
pubic art & design The Public Art and Design Section
The Public Art and Design Section takes its overall directives from the Broward Cultural Council and the Public Art and Design Committee, who operate under a mandate from the Broward County Board of County Commissioners.
   
art education Arts Education Section
The Arts Education Section of the Broward Cultural Division steers arts integration and community-based programs into the curriculum of Broward County schools.
