Rowena Nocom
Division Administrative Assistant

Rowena Nocom joined the Division in September 2004. Her responsibilities include, among other things, providing administrative support and coordination to the Division and acting as a Liaison between the Director and the staff, cultural organizations and other County agencies.

Prior to government service, Rowena had worked in the Hospitality, Wholesale, Import/Export and Retail industries, bringing over 15 years of impressive experience in the fields of Marketing, Sales, Operation, Purchasing, Administrative and Customer Service Excellence.

She graduated from De La Salle University in Manila, Philippines with a BSC degree in Marketing Management. She received her MBA in International Business and MBA in Computers in Business, and had completed her coursework for a Doctorate degree at Pacific States University in Los Angeles, California.
