Vena Paylo has been an active part of the Broward County arts community for over 15 years.  She brings a strong background in arts and administration to Broward County Cultural Division.  Being an avid student of literature, art history, and acrylic painting helps Vena relate to both the artistic and the marketing side of creative expression.  Vena earned her degree from Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale and is currently working on her second degree from Florida Atlantic University.
