Broward County Transit (BCT) will make the following service adjustments, effective on Sunday, January 24, 2010. Passengers should refer to the new timetables for exact details on all adjustments, or go to www.broward.org/bct.

Route 7:
On Saturdays only, the schedule has been adjusted throughout the day. Refer to the new timetables.

Route 22:
Route will service the Fort Lauderdale Tri-Rail Station on Saturdays every hour from 6:15 a.m. until 10:45 p.m. and on Sundays every hour from 8:40 a.m. until 9:30 p.m.

Route 28:
New service to the Miramar Town Center Transit Hub, located at Hiatus/Red Roads, on weekdays from 6:05 a.m. until 9:15 p.m., and Saturdays from 9:05 a.m. until 7:15 p.m. The route will make connections with City of Miramar Community Bus Red, Orange, Green and Yellow routes. On weekdays, Saturdays and Sundays, an additional time point has been added at Miramar Parkway and Red Road.

Route 60:
On Saturdays, evening trips have been added to Broward College North Campus. Refer to the new timetables.

Route 81:
The route segment along Oakland Park Blvd. from Northwest 49th Ave. to US 441 has been eliminated. The bus will continue from Northwest 49th Ave. westbound to Inverrary Blvd. and service the Inverrary area, and back to Northwest 49th Ave. and continue over the regular route. Connections to US 441 can be made using Route 56 or Route 72. Connections to Route 18 can be made at Lauderhill Mall.

University Breeze:
On this weekday only “limited stop” service, a new bus stop has been added at Griffin Road and University Drive in both directions. Refer to the new timetables.

New! 95 Express between Broward County and Miami-Dade County will begin on Monday January 25, 2010. This service will operate on weekdays only approximately every thirty minutes during morning and afternoon peak travel times. The new, hybrid articulated buses on the route will be Wi-Fi accessible.

The route will start at Pines Boulevard/Flamingo Road, and travel along Pines/Hollywood Blvd., and make stops at Flamingo Road, University Drive, State Road 7/US 441, Hollywood Tri-Rail Station, and continue on I-95 to the Golden Glades Park and Ride Interchange in Miami-Dade County. It will then travel on I-95 in the managed high occupancy toll (“HOT”) lanes to the Miami-Dade County Government Center in downtown Miami. Northbound service departing from Miami-Dade to Broward County will do the reverse route and stops.

Southbound buses will depart from Pines Blvd. and Flamingo Road at 5:45 a.m. until 8:45 a.m. and from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.

Northbound buses will depart from the Miami-Dade Government Center Complex at 6:00 a.m. until 8:00 a.m. and from 3:45 p.m. until 6:45 p.m.

The Premium 95 Express fare will be as follows:

* $2.35 Premium Bus Fare for a one-way trip
* $1.15 Reduced Premium Bus Fare for a one-way trip for persons 65 years and over
** $23 Premium 10-Day Bus Pass
** $85 Premium 31-Day Bus Pass

**Premium 31-Day Bus Pass will be accepted on all BCT bus routes. Premium 10-Day and 31-Day Bus Passes will be available for purchase online at www.broward.org/bct; click on “Purchase Bus Pass.”
