The Manatee Protection Plan (MPP) has established a Marine Facility Operating License (MFOL) that is required by all marine facilities regulated by the MPP. The MFOL letter (pdf-454 kb) and application (pdf-1,384 kb) are available for download. Also available are examples of how to determine a facility's slip count by either aerial survey (pdf-421 kb) or survey drawing (pdf-664 kb).
