In March 2008, the Manatee Protection Plan underwent some minor revisions.  The title page must list Version 1.1 March 2008 for the most recent copy of the Plan.

*Slips returned to the pool are from marine facilities that have reduced their number of licensed slips. 


The Manatee Protection Plan (MPP) has established a Marine Facility Operating License (MFOL) that is required by all marine facilities regulated by the MPP. The MFOL letter (PDF-454 kb) and application (PDF-1,384 kb) are available for download. Also available are examples of how to determine a facility's slip count by either aerial survey (PDF-421 kb) or survey drawing (PDF-664 kb).
