Performance Measurement Training – A 'how-to' session with guidelines and tools for evaluating and improving your measures. Best with 4-8 managers or supervisors from the same agency. (Duration usually ½ day)

Process Improvement Training – Hands-on training and coaching.  Create a flowchart for one of your processes, analyze it and develop an action plan to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Join the annually county class, or we'll customize one for your agency.  (2 days over 2 weeks)

Benchmarking – Assistance in measuring your operation against others in order to gain information on policies and practices that could improve your performance.

Performance Measurement Coaching – We facilitate your team through a comprehensive evaluation of your legal and administrative mandates to create a mission statement, goals, objectives and measures. (2-3 ½-day sessions depending on scope of project)

Process Improvement Studies – Full scale study of your business process combining facilitated sessions with your staff and analysis by the Internal Consultants. The objective of process improvement studies usually is to reduce the elapsed time (cycle time) for a process or to reduce the resources required.  Projects are almost always conducted with a team of client staff, and they focus on identifying opportunities to become more efficient.  End products include an as-is process flowchart and associated measures, process analysis including quantification of re-work, recommendations and improvement estimates, and action plans for implementation. (Duration is 3-4 months depending on length and complexity of process)

Fee Studies – Calculation of the full cost of delivering your product or service. (Duration depends on availability of data relating to your operation)

Customized Studies - In addition to the typical studies described above, services often are customized to meet the specific needs of clients.  Examples have included operational analyses and facilitations requiring customized approaches, content knowledge, and multiple sessions over an extended time period.
