About Internal Consulting Services
The Broward County Internal Consultants are a resource of the Office of Management and Budget that is available to assist County agencies in working smarter and maximizing the impact of programs. The consulting staff includes budget and management analysts who are trained in facilitation, process mapping and a variety of analytical tools and techniques.
There is no charge for our services to the agencies. We work at the request of agencies, often using facilitated methods with a team of key agency staff. Each project is custom-designed to meet the needs of the client.
