Use the Voice Response System

INSTRUCTIONS TO USE THE BUILDING CODE SERVICES DIVISION'S VOICE RESPONSE SYSTEM

In continued efforts to better serve you, the Division has initiated an automated program which will allow you to schedule inspections, obtain inspection results and cancel inspections through the use of the telephone.

The following instructions are provided for your convenience:

1) Dial 954-497-1320.

2) Press
      1 -- To schedule an inspection, or;
      2 -- To obtain inspection results, or;
      3 -- To cancel voice response inspection (Until 3:00 PM)

If you pressed "1", (To schedule an inspection) enter the:
      1. permit confirmation number, followed by a pound sign (#) (second line of permit) then, press:
            "1" to enter an inspection type code, followed by a pound sign (#)
            "2" if you do not know your inspection type code, then enter:
      2. inspection type code (on back of this page), followed by a pound sign.

      If you are finished, hang up, or to continue to request inspections, press:
            "1" to enter another inspection, same permit #, or:
            "2" to enter another inspection, different permit #, or:
            "3" to return to main menu selection.

If you pressed "2", (To obtain inspection results) enter the:
      1. permit confirmation number, followed by a pound sign (#) (second line of permit) then, press:
            "2" to return to main selection, or;
            "3" for another permit, or;
            "*" to end.

If you pressed "3", ((To cancel an inspection) enter permit confirmation number, followed by a pound sign (#), then press:
            "1" to cancel this inspection, or;
            "2" to read the next inspection, or;
            "3" to return to main selection.
