Climate Change 2007: Impacts, Adaptation and Vulnerability: This 976 document is part of the Fourth Assessment Report of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change. The IPCC is a scientific intergovernmental body set up by the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) and by the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) to provide the decision-makers with an objective source of information about climate change. Topics covered include assessment of observed changes and responses in natural and managed systems, human health and adaptation practices.

Walton at the Center for Economic Forecasting and Analysis, Florida State University which provides an estimation of sea level rise from tidal gage data, examination of storm event and corresponding cost damages, and associated changes in property values in a six coastal county case site area of Florida including Miami-Dade.
