Applying for a Kosher Food License

Kosher Food Licenses expire on September 30th of each year.

You Must Provide the Following:

• Fee

Explanations:

1.  Submit a completed application for Kosher Food License -- pdf.

2.  The license fee is $200.  Payable by cash (in person only), check, credit card (except American Express), or money order.  Checks made payable to: Broward County Commissioners.
