Kosher Food Regulatory Information

The Broward County Consumer Affairs Division requires that any dealer who prepares, distributes, sells, or exposes for sale any food represented to be Kosher or Kosher for Passover must register with the Consumer Affairs Division and follow the regulations of Chapter 20-165 of the Broward County Code.
