Broward County Moving Ordinance

The Broward County Consumer Affairs Division regulates local household moving companies, requiring certain individuals and companies to register annually for a license to engage in local moves. A move is local if it is from one location in Broward, Miami-Dade or Palm Beach Counties to another within the tri-county area.
