Moving Regulatory Information

The Consumer Affairs Division regulates any person who engages in the moving business, advertises to engage in the moving business, and/or offers to move any person in Broward County as a mover of household goods. These persons or businesses must have a valid current registration certificate from the Consumer Affairs Division to be able to provide this service.  Follow the link below to more information on how to register as a mover.
