TAXI AND LUXURY SEDAN LOTTERY GENERAL INFORMATION

There are 3 Taxi Lotteries:     

1. Lottery limited to taxicab drivers

2. Lottery open to the general public

3. Lottery for wheelchair accessible taxis (Wheelchair certificates may only be used on wheelchair accessible taxicabs. However, wheelchair accessible taxicab certificate holders will be awarded an additional taxicab general certificate for each wheelchair certificate awarded in the lottery, upon payment of the prescribed fee.)

The Sedan Lottery is open to the general public

There are no restrictions on the number of stretch limousines and transport vans that seat nine (9) or more passengers and not more than nineteen (19) passengers.

All taxis and limousine must be safe, clean, insured and operated by a licensed chauffeur.

To operate a limousine at the airport, an operating airport permit must be purchased from the Consumer Affairs Division. The cost is $50.00.
