Environmental Approval Required: An Environmental Review Approval is required prior to the issuance of a building permit by the County or any municipal building department.
Permit: Hazardous Material Management License - Construction of Hazardous Material Transfer Facility
Description:
A Hazardous Material Transfer Facility is any site, location area, or facility which has as its primary purpose the storage, holding, or processing of discarded hazardous material, sludge, or biomedical waste, prior to or during transport to a processing or disposal facility. Excluded from this definition are industrial wastewater treatment systems and industrial wastewater basins.
