Ric Barrick, assistant director of the Office of Public Communications, recently participated in the City-County Communications and Marketing Association (3CMA) national conference. He participated in a round-table discussion on major event planning and moderated a discussion on the emergence of digital new media. 3CMA is a professional organization for local governments that promotes innovation and excellence in communications. Barrick is a member of 3CMA's national board of directors.
