Chicken Teriyaki Stir Fry

Makes 6 servings
PREP TIME: 5 minutes, COOK TIME: 10 minutes, EASE OF PREPARATION: Easy, SERVINGS: 6 (1 ½ cups each)

1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
1 cup Mrs. Dash Spicy Teriyaki 10-minutes Marinade, divided
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
12 oz. frozen stir-fry vegetables
3 cups hot cooked brown rice


  1. Marinate the chicken in ¾ cup of the marinade for at least 10 minutes. Remove chicken and discard marinade.
  2. Heat oil in a medium skillet on high heat. Add chicken, and cook for about 3 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
  3. Add vegetables and remaining ¼ cup of marinade.
  4. Continue to cook until vegetables are tender – about 6 minutes. Serve over cooked brown rice.
