The Behavioral Health and Substance Abuse Program receives funding from the Florida State Department of Children and Families.

 

The program provides case management, mental health case management and supported services to residents age 55 and over who have a psychiatric disability.

Eligibility qualification criteria for the services provided by this program are determined by factors such as age and Florida State's priority population criteria.
