We are confident that once any concern is addressed with us, we can satisfy and resolve any issue.

Although unlikely, if an individual's concern cannot be resolved by working directly with us, the individual is encouraged to contact the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations, JCAHO at www.jcaho.org.
