The following documents (the "Annual Update of Continuing Disclosure Information") set forth certain information concerning Broward County and provide the “Annual Information” for certain Broward County bond issues as required under Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) Rule 15c2-12(b)(5)(i) (“Rule 15c2-12"). The information contained in the “Annual Update of Continuing Disclosure Information” speaks only as of the date thereof. On March 31, 2008, in accordance with the provisions of Rule 15c2-12, Broward County filed the required “Annual Information” with Disclosure USA instead of filing individually with all of the Nationally Recognized Municipal Securities Information Repositories ("NRMSIRs") as approved by the SEC pursuant to Rule 15c2-12, in satisfaction of Broward County’s obligations under certain continuing disclosure undertakings made by Broward County pursuant to Rule 15c2-12 with respect to certain issues of its bonds. Because of limitations inherent in the electronic transmission of documents, the appearance (but not the content) of the “Annual Update of Continuing Disclosure Information” on this website may differ from the version thereof filed with the NRMSIRs.
In accordance with Rule 15c2-12, Broward County may, from time to time, include by specific reference in its official statements or other offering documents, all or any portion of the information contained in the “Annual Update of Continuing Disclosure Information” and may, subject to the provisions of any such official statements or other offering documents, modify, supplement or supersede any such incorporated information.
