The Domestic Violence Section administers and manages contractual domestic violence programs to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of quality services to help victims and their families deal with the issues of domestic violence. Public education is also available.

HIV/AIDS Support Services Section

HIV/AIDS Support Services Section coordinates the implementation of Federal funding for low-income persons and families with HIV/AIDS. Funds are awarded to agencies who in turn provide medical and dental diagnostics and treatment, case management, pharmaceutical, transportation, housing homemaker/companion services, community respite child care, and psychological counseling.

The Mental Health Section administers and manages contracts for adult inpatient psychiatric services to ensure that quality services are provided to medically indigent consumers experiencing a mental health crisis.

Primary Health Care administers and manages contractual primary health care services to ensure that quality services are provided to indigent consumers in order to improve their health. The Health Education program provides a high caliber of accessible health education programming that will increase awareness regarding appropriate disease prevention strategies.

Sexual Assault Treatment Center

The Sexual Assault Treatment Center provides crisis intervention, medical examinations, individual and family therapy, and supervised visitation to victims and family members who have been traumatized by the crimes of sexual assault or child abuse. Public education is also available.
