MOTION TO APPROVE the Consent Agenda for March 11, 2009

ACTION ITEMS

4.   2009 Multifamily Development Project Applications (Ranking)

Motion to direct staff to publish TEFRA notices upon written Developer requests and payment of fees; and to authorize Bond Counsel to prepare Inducement Resolutions for developments which have provided written requests and paid applicable fees within seven (7) days of the ranking. 

5.   Single Family Mortgage Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 1999A&B 
  
Motion to approve  Resolution relating to the Housing Finance Authority of     Broward County, Florida Single Family Mortgage Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 1999A and 1999B; authorizing execution and delivery of a purchase contract in connection with mortgage certificates; authorizing execution and delivery of an escrow deposit agreement; authorizing other action in connection with such agreement; and providing an effective date.

6.   Sailboat Bend Project (i.e. Artspace Project)

Motion to approve a Pledge and Assignment of Interest in Developer Fee Agreement between the Housing Finance Authority of Broward County (the "HFA") and Artspace Projects, Inc and a Letter Agreement between Broward County and the HFA and to authorize staff to take all necessary actions to implement the terms of said agreements.
