4. Multifamily - Broward Gardens Apartments & Captiva Cove Apartments MOTION TO AUTHORIZE staff to hold a TEFRA Hearing for Broward Gardens Apartments and Captiva Cove Apartments.

5. Multifamily Projects - State 9% Tax Credit Match MOTION TO APPROVE Resolution of the Housing Finance Authority of Broward County, Florida, approving and authorizing the use of $1,000,000 from the HFA reserves to provide the local match requirement for the Florida Housing Finance Corporation 2010 9% tax credit application for Multifamily Housing Developers subject to the conditions as set forth herein; providing for severability; and providing for an effective date.

6. Mount Olive Development Corporation (MODCO) - Requesting $88,000 for
Renovations from the HFA for a Mixed-Use Project MOTION TO APPROVE staff recommendation on the proposed loan modification to Mount Olive Development Corporation for $88,000 for renovations to a mixed-use apartment building.
