"If you have the talent you not only have a job, you have an opportunity for educational and career advancement with Broward County.
I have taken advantage of the various educational programs offered by the County to enhance my professional development, attaining certifications in code enforcement, fire inspection and supervision. I will also attain my Bachelor's degree in Business Administration thanks to the County's Tuition Reimbursement program.
I have developed and implemented the first Code Enforcement Bike Patrol Unit in the Country and a Spanish Permit Service Program which has been extended to serve the Creole speaking population.
Broward County has not only given me the opportunity to succeed in my career, but help improve the quality of life of our residents."

Thanks to the County's career advancement philosophy, I started as a Secretary and worked my way up to Human Resources Analyst. Also, I was able to obtain my Bachelor's degree in Business Administration taking advantage of the Tuition Reimbursement program.
Every day I face a different challenge. I assist County employees in resolving work related issues to create an environment where everyone works as a team to achieve common goals. I am proud to make a difference."
