Broward County Mayor Josephus Eggelletion, Jr. presents an Employee Service Recognition to Bernard Cooper, who celebrates twenty years of employment with Broward County Transit. Mr. Cooper was also recognized for helping police to rescue a kidnapped girl at the Central Bus Terminal late last year. Broward County Mayor Josephus Eggelletion, Jr. and Tibetan Buddhist Monks from the Drepung Gomang Monastery in Southern India. The monks created a sand mandala inside the lobby of the main Broward County library.
