Broward County Library Celebrates Life
Broward County held a press conference with author Reg Green to kick-off an essay contest to promote organ donation awareness. The contest gave people an opportunity to share their thoughts and experience about life and organ donation. Reg Green tragically lost his son while on vacation in Italy. However, by donating his son's organs, he touched the lives of so many. Reg's story is profiled with 41 other incredible stories in The Gift That Heals. Partnering on the campaign, the Life Alliance Organ Recovery Agency donated Reg's book to all of the Broward County Library locations.
