Spotlight of the Month - Video Digital Bookmobile Visits Broward County Library

On Friday, November 14, OverDrive's Digital Bookmobile visited Broward County Library's Southwest Regional Library. The state-of-the-art bookmobile gave visitors a virtual introduction to electronic book, audiobooks, and music. Customers toured the bookmobile viewing videos on plasma screens and getting personalized help from the bookmobile staff.

Customer terminals aboard the bookmobile allowed customers to instantly download materials to their portable devices. The latest gadgets were also on display, so customers could compare the different types of handheld technology.
